We loved the tranquil location, perched at the top of the mountain, away from the busy crowds. The hotel's indoor pool was on the small side, but the fact that it connected to a larger outdoor pool via a wall divider was pretty cool. Being able to swim while it was snowing was a unique and memorable experience. The jacuzzi, surrounded by falling snow, was the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying here and we would come there again. 15 minutes driving from montbleu resort...

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Easy check-in process with clear instructions. Spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and ample storage. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Great bathroom and gas fireplace. The top floor roof terrace with hot tub was fantastic. Daily housekeeping was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the gondola, allowing easy access to the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds and picturesque views of the lake and mountains. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience for guests. Moreover, the hotel offers a range of shared facilities, such as a billiard room, roof-top deck with hot tub, and free undercover parking.

The check-in process can be inconvenient for guests arriving outside of the front desk's hours of operation.

Great views and location close to ski slopes. Loved the daily housekeeping and ample cooking facilities with new and clean pots and pans. The hot tub on the rooftop deck was our favorite hangout spot during our Christmas stay.

The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable and the distance between the office and rooms made it difficult to use other services. , it would have been helpful to have additional storage and coat hooks in the upstairs bedrooms.

The indoor pool connecting to a bigger outdoor one was a unique and cool feature. The jacuzzi was relaxing and perfect for the snowing weather. The location was serene, away from the crowds.

Rooms were quiet, with a magnificent view. Kitchen supplies were more than adequate. Sleep number beds were mostly comfortable. We were upgraded to a 2 master bedroom apartment. Perfect for families looking to save money. The indoor pool connected to a bigger outdoor pool. Jacuzzi was perfect temperature to enjoy while it was snowing. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located near the gondola and has stunning views of the forest and Lake Tahoe. the rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and large kitchens. the rooftop deck was a highlight with fantastic hot tubs and gas grills.

The check-in process was frustrating, and the hotel lacked scheduled activities.

Great Views and Convenient Amenities Enjoyed the stunning scenic beauty from our room which makes up for the inconvenience of finding the entrance. the location was great as we were within a short drive to the grocery stores and shops. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and hot tub, which made relaxing a breeze.

Poor Check-In and Amenities the check-in process was poorly organized and confusing. the furniture and interior of the room was outdated and could use maintenance.

Comfortable rooms and great location with stunning views. Appreciated the complimentary baked goods and the free parking. The rooftop hot tub was a fantastic bonus for unwinding after a day of skiing.

The absence of a laundry unit in the smaller condos was a hassle.
